Return Policies
 
POLICIES
  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • We do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.

  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition -Tory Burch does not accept returns for worn footwear.

    Any merchandise purchased in the outlet boutiques is returnable only to the outlet boutiques. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail boutiques.

    Upon receipt of returned goods, Tory Burch reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

    Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

    Please complete the return form included in your shipment and return the package via the DHL carrier option used for the order.

    DUTIES & TAXES REFUND

    If you are returning a purchase you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duty and taxes. Contact your local customs office for a return of duties and taxes.

    PAYPAL RETURNS

    When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:

    • In store returns cannot be credited to your PayPal account. You will receive your refund on a Tory Burch gift card.
    • Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
    SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To replace your product, please contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at inquiries@toryburch.com.

    Tory Burch customers using a third party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Tory Burch is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services.

    IN-STORE RETURNS

    Items purchased on toryburch.com.au may be returned to any Tory Burch boutique to expedite the return process free of charge. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order - no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your return right away. If you originally paid with PayPal, store associates will refund the value of your return to a Tory Burch gift card.

    TORY BURCH ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

    Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise cannot be returned to toryburch.com.au.
